EU Withdrawal Request

If you are a customer based in the European Union, you may use this page to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal for an eligible standard print within 14 days of receiving your order.

This right applies only to eligible standard prints. It does not apply to custom, personalized, or clearly customized products.

To submit your withdrawal request, please use the withdrawal form below. In order to confirm your withdrawal you will be asked to provide the information needed to identify your order, such as your name, order reference, and email address.

After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation by email.
