These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between you (“You”, “User”) and Moranelle.com (“Moranelle”, “we”, “us”) when you access or use the website moranelle.com. By using the Site, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any policies referenced here.

Moranelle is a French company registered under the laws of France. Our activity is limited to the supply of digital content within the meaning of Articles L224‑25‑1 and seq. of the French Consumer Code.
2. Definitions
Unless a section provides otherwise, terms beginning with a capital letter have the meanings below:
- Device – Any equipment capable of accessing the Service, such as a computer, smartphone or tablet.
- Digital Products – Any downloadable files sold on the Site (e‑g. graphic assets, templates, e‑books, fonts, presets). No tangible goods are supplied.
- Physical Products – Fine-art prints produced to order using the size, paper type, and specifications displayed on the product page.
- Order – A request by You to purchase Digital Products or Physical Products through the Service.
- Service – The Website and all related content, features and tools we operate.
- Site / Website – The domain moranelle.com and accessible at https://www.moranelle.com (including all pages, subdomains and associated services).
- Terms – These Terms of Service, which form the entire agreement between You and Moranelle regarding use of the Service.
- Third‑Party Service – Any services or content provided by a third party that may be displayed, included or made available via the Service (e.g., payment gateways, social‑media widgets).
- Licence – The usage rights granted to You under section 6.
- Professional – A natural or legal person acting within the scope of their commercial or professional activity (Article L221‑3 C. cons.). All others are Consumers.

You agree not to:

- attempt to reverse‑engineer, de-compile or hack the Site;
- use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without prior written consent;
- infringe our intellectual property rights or those of third parties.
We may suspend or terminate your access without notice in case of breach.
5. Limitation of Liability
Except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g., intent, gross negligence, personal injury), Moranelle’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product concerned.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of business, data, or profits.
6. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our [Privacy Policy]. We rely on Shopify Inc. as our e‑commerce provider; data may be transferred outside the EEA subject to appropriate safeguards.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by French law. If you are a Consumer and your habitual residence is in another EU country, you also benefit from the mandatory provisions of your local law (Article 6(2) Rome I).
Amicable Resolution. Please contact us first at contact@moranelle.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
Mediation. If a dispute is not resolved, you may refer the matter to the relevant consumer mediator (Médiateur) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
Jurisdiction. Failing amicable settlement, the competent courts of our registered office have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory provisions giving jurisdiction to another court.
8. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance by e‑mail or on the Site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
